- Request clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if they are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained, or not necessary for the stated processing purpose.
- Require prior consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of marketing.
- Withdraw consent for personal data processing and request the termination of personal data processing.
- Appeal to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or in court regarding unlawful actions or inactions of the Operator in processing their personal data.
- Exercise other rights specified by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obligated to:
- Provide the Operator with reliable data about themselves.
- Notify the Operator about any updates or changes to their personal data.
4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with false data about themselves or about another personal data subject without their consent are liable under the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Principles of Personal Data Processing5.1. Personal data processing is carried out lawfully and fairly.
5.2. Personal data processing is limited to achieving specific, predefined, and legitimate purposes. Processing personal data incompatible with the purposes of collection is not allowed.
5.3. Merging databases containing personal data processed for incompatible purposes is prohibited.
5.4. Only personal data that meets the processing goals shall be processed.
5.5. The content and scope of processed personal data must align with the stated processing goals. The processing of excessive personal data beyond the stated purposes is not allowed.
5.6. Personal data must be accurate, sufficient, and, where necessary, up-to-date in relation to the processing goals. The Operator shall take necessary measures to delete or update incomplete or inaccurate data.
5.7. Personal data is stored in a form that allows the identification of the data subject only for as long as necessary for the purposes of processing, unless a longer retention period is provided by federal law, contract, or the subject of personal data.
