Payment Terms
Payment
When reserving tables, an advance payment may be required. The amount of the advance payment is determined after all details have been agreed upon.
The advance payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the restaurant, or via online payment.

Cash Payment
Upon prior agreement, cash payment is possible. Payment is made at the restaurant at the address provided in the contact information.

Credit Card Payment
We accept payment by the following cards: VISA Inc, MasterCard WorldWide, NSPK MIR. Payment is made at the restaurant at the address provided in the contact information.

Online Payment by Credit Card
To make an online payment by credit card, please contact the restaurant administration in advance at the following numbers:

Our manager will contact you to confirm the details. After the reservation is confirmed, the manager will send you a payment link for payment.

When making an online payment for the reservation by credit card, the payment is processed on the bank's authorization page, where you will need to enter your card details:

  • Card Type
  • Card Number
  • Expiration Date (located on the front of the card)
  • Cardholder's Name (in Latin letters, as indicated on the card)
  • CVC2/CVV2 code
If your card is connected to the 3D-Secure service, you will be automatically redirected to the issuing bank's page for authentication. For information on rules and methods of additional identification, please contact the bank that issued your card.

The security of online payments through the bank's payment gateway is guaranteed by the international PCI DSS security certificate. Information is transmitted using SSL encryption technology. This information is not accessible to third parties.

Tips and recommendations for ensuring the security of payments made with a credit card:

  1. Treat your plastic cards as carefully as you would cash. Don’t forget them in the car, restaurant, store, etc.
  2. Never share your full credit card number over the phone with any individuals or companies.
  3. Always have the emergency contact number of the bank that issued your card on hand. If your card is lost, immediately contact the bank.
  4. Enter your card details only when making a purchase. Never provide them for any other reason.
Return Policy
To request a refund, please contact the restaurant administration.
Fill out the refund application form.

For deposits paid in cash or by credit card at the restaurant's cashier, the refund will be made upon presentation of the receipt at the restaurant's cashier.

For online payments made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card used for the payment.

The refund processing time is from 1 to 30 business days.
